Ordering & Shipping

At AYA, we value a pleasant ordering and shipping process. Whether books, audiobooks, or card sets, your order will be carefully packaged and reliably shipped. Here you will find all the important information about ordering, shipping, and delivery within Germany.

Orders can be conveniently placed via our online shop at www.aya-publishing.de .

Simply select your desired products, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the checkout process. You can review and adjust your information at any time before completing your order.

We offer the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Instant bank transfer (Klarna)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Once payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Upon successful completion, you will receive:

  • An automatic order confirmation
  • An invoice as a PDF document via email

Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive an email.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at hi@aya-publishing.de .

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually make adjustments without any problems.

We ship within Germany using our reliable shipping partners DHL and Deutsche Post .

Delivery to parcel lockers and post offices is of course possible.

  • Nationwide shipping: €2.90 flat rate
  • Free shipping on orders over €50

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

  • Within Germany: 3–5 working days after receipt of payment
  • For advance payment: Shipping will take place after receipt of payment in our account.

Please note: Slight delays may occur during holidays or periods of high demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can track your package at any time.

Should your delivery be damaged or an item be missing, please contact our customer service at support@aya-publishing.de within 7 days of receipt . We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
